Gratitude is Thankfulness…
I have a lot to be thankful for.
This year I want to try to explore what Gratitude is and how it is changing my life. In the past year I have been reading a lot about Gratitude and have been more mind fully trying to practice it in my daily life. It has given me the strength to face the day in a positive way, rather than letting my negative emotions run away with me.
Sure things are not always fabulous, but I am usually able to find something positive and be grateful for this. If nothing else I feel a lot less stressed then I used to feel.
