Hello friends!
So glad you could make it! Come in, sit down, have a coco or coffee and enjoy the visit.

Stenciled signs
These signs are at the garage door and I made them with my favorite stencils from “Funky Junk”.
You may know by now how much I love these stencils, I think I have almost all of them, and Donna keeps adding to her store. You can find the stencils HERE. (#affiliate link)
The hallway at the back is to dark, so I did not get any pictures there.
This is the front entrance:

At the front door
On the other side I have my little Christmas village:

Christmas village

Christmas village
The houses are hand painted, some by the kids and some by me. I still have to get the fake snow, but haven’t had he time to dig through my stash of quilting bathing.

Christmas deer
I liked this set of bronze deer in front of the old lead glass window. And this candle holder is one of my favorites, given to me by the children one year.

Angel candle holder
Aren’t these angels adorable? The little one with the eyes closed reminds me of my daughter.

Christmas display dining room
Snow mans and dogs.

Christmas display dining room 2
More snow men and Santa’s; the bobble heads are funny don’t you think?

Christmas display dining room 3
Looks like there is a theme going here…

Christmas display dining room 4
This Teddy bear is keeping watch to see if Santa is coming!

Some of my favorite Santa’s are displayed here.

Santa Clause
Love the look of this “Russian” Santa Clause.

Victorian Santa Clause
Isn’t this Santa Clause the best? I was lucky to win him one year and just absolutely love him.

Dinning room table scape
And here is the dining room table.

Thrift store fruit bowl
The fruit bowl is a thrift store find, I paid 2 dollars for it and it serves great with the organic display and small leave shaped lights. The organic display was a Costco find.

Wooden box
Recognize this box? It is the back of the box from “The fall home tour“.
I don’t have a big Christmas tree anymore, but several smaller ones scattered around. Much easier to handle this way. Just put them in a plastic bag at the end of the season and store for next year.
I am looking forward to the family coming and having them all home together. That reminds me …. there is a list somewhere… now where did I put it? There is still shopping to do and dinners to plan. Better get at it!
Hope you enjoyed the tour and see you next year for a follow up.
Well what do you think?

Marjan, Love your decor and loved touring your home! I must say I am jealous of the ceramic tree you have among your village. I’ve always wanted one since I admired my mother’s growing up! I admired it so much I’m pretty sure my sisters and I broke it! Merry Christmas!
Thank you Michele, it was a lot of fun painting this village, you never know, some day you might find a nice tree again for your village, Merry Christmas to you and your family.
You have quite a few collections. I love the brass deer and the village. I feel like my villages never turn our right. Love all the collection.
Thank you Zan, I hope to add some “snow” to the village next year, and who knows another Christmas tree or two.. Merry Christmas to you and your family as well.
Hi Marjan!!! I LOVE all your collections. The vignettes are super. The Christmas village is awesome, but the best part is that it was a family effort to paint. I bet you all have great memories and had so much fun doing this together. Love the stencil signs- Great idea for outdoors. Thank you for allowing me into your home. Merry Christmas!!
Hi Melissa, thanks for stopping by, it has been lots of fun sharing all our Christmas displays. Merry Christmas to you and your family as well.
What beautiful vignettes Marjan!! I love your Santas and that you and your children painted those houses and that you have kept them all (and not broken any!), that makes for such wonderful memories 🙂
Thank you Susanne for those kind words. We do have wonderful memories with all of the ornaments. Merry Christmas to you and your family as well.
Marjan, what a wonderful tour. I love your traditional decorations. I love the beautiful vignettes and the close up of the Santa is amazing. Thank you for sharing. Have a very Merry Christmas.
Thank you Jasmine, the Santa is by far my favorite. Merry Christmas to you and your family as well.
Love all of your sweet Christmas Vignettes! Each one tells a special story I’m sure! Oh and how cute is Santa!! Thank you for sharing your home with us! Merry Christmas to you and your family 🙂
Thank you Sam, It was fun to share with all of you. Merry Christmas to you and your family as well.
What a fun and festive home you have, Marjan! I really enjoyed the signs you stenciled and the village that you and your children painted. How talented you are! My very best wishes to you and your family for a very Merry Christmas!
Thank you Lynne, I love painting and stenciling but don’t seem to have enough time to do it as much as I would like too. Merry Christmas to you and your family as well.
Marjan, your home is so festive!! I am super impressed with the Christmas village you and your family painted. They are so pretty! I have also done the “little” trees in the past- it’s so easy to add Christmas cheer to your home!
Thanks Melony, I enjoyed your home tours as well. Merry Christmas to you and your family as well.
Thanks Marjan for sharing your Christmas Home Tour! I so enjoyed looking at all your festive ornaments. I loved your Santa. Another favourite section I enjoyed was the little villages. So many lovely things to look at. The signs for your garage shows great talent. This is not something I can do….
Hi Fiona, I am sure you will be able to use these stencils, they are great and so easy to use. Merry Christmas to you and your family as well.
Everything is so lovely. Your home tour is so pretty and festive.
Thank you Debra for your nice comments. Have a wonderful Christmas. Merry Christmas to you and your family as well.
So many pretty things to look at. Your guests must enjoy all these themed vignettes. I find myself wondering the stories behind them all, how old they are, were they gifts. The angel candle holder is beautiful, what a treasured keepsake.
The Santa is very special. Merry Christmas to your family. I bet they cannot wait to come and gather.
Leanna
Thanks Leanna, It was fun putting them together. I always have to try not to go over board to much. I love the lights when it is this cold and dark because Canadian winters can be soooooooo long. Merry Christmas to you and your family as well.
Thank you for the tour of your home. I love all the charming snowmen and Santas and the signs are fantastic! This year I plan to dabble in DIY. You gals make it look like so much fun. Have a beautiful Christmas.
Pam
Thanks Pam I will be posting lots of DIY to come with instructions so you can follow along step by step! And a wonderful Christmas to all of your family as well.
Thank you!
